Ultrasonic cleaner Model IC-1216 and IC-1620 can be used with most of Branson’s aqueous cleaning chemistries or with your favorite non-flammable cleaning solution. With an appropriate chemistry they will remove general shop soils, tarnishes and oxides, oils and light greases. It will remove these soils from both exposed surfaces and any cracks, crevices or internal areas that the cleaning solution can reach.

Ultrasonic Cleaners with Integrated design are available in two frequencies, 25kHz or 40kHz, to help match the unit to your application. Generally 25kHz is preferred for large massive parts or parts which are more densely packed. The higher 40kHz frequency is often used for smaller, more intricate parts or components with complex geometries. At either frequency the IC-series cleaners have a higher watt density than traditional tabletops ultrasonic cleaners. This make it ideal for heavier or more tenacious soils.
